Montessori Manager

A Montessori Manager or Head of School is responsible for the overall leadership and daily management of a Montessori nursery or school.

Nursery Manager Requirements

  • Have leadership experience within early years education
  • Hold a Montessori qualification and/or a relevant early years leadership qualification
  • Have experience working in a Montessori nursery or school environment
  • Understand safeguarding, child development, and UK early years regulations
  • Have strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills
